A Greystone Story: Phase 1
A Greystone Story: Phase 1 was an eight-month renovation. The project started in January 2021 and finished in August 2021. The goal of this renovation was to showcase the house's character by adding new colors to the inside and outside. By incorporating a new modern design and highlighting historic classical colors phase 1 allows for a new moody cohesive environment; bringing new life to a home that was missing its voice after years of being muted.

New Design Update:

Painted porch, railings, door, side window, and added new door hardware.

Added three raised garden beds, Arborvitaes, a Brandy Wine Red Maple, and seasonal flowers.
Kitchen

Updated light fixture, faucet, appliances, cabinets, and countertop.

Removed five layers of peel and stick tiles; revealing original maple floors.

Updated light fixtures, vanity, tub, toilet, shower, and floor tiles.

Included marble accents to elevate the space.

Added black accents with new faucets, light fixtures, door handles, hooks, mirror, and shower door.
Living & Dinning Room

Painted ceiling cap, floor vents, ceiling, walls, and trim.

Removed wall to wall carpeting, revealing original maple floors.
